ITAH's debut album is a ride through the everyday suffering that haunts regular people like you and me. From excessive partying through domestic violence to prison time, it's all covered in this seven song journey.

The writing process started in mid 2014 after the release of the EP "Filth & Lies" and underwent an extensive re-write as new guitarist Johan Nöjd joined the band, contributing heavily to the sound and direction of the band.
